GROWING
Youth & Emerging Adult Mental Wellness
Growing into who you are.
Adolescence and early adulthood are some of the most significant periods of growth we will ever experience.
These years are filled with change, exploration, uncertainty, and possibility.
Young people are developing their identities, building relationships, navigating increasing independence, making important life decisions, and learning how to manage emotions in a world that often feels fast-paced and demanding.
While these experiences can be exciting, they can also feel overwhelming.
At Choose Happy, we provide a supportive space where youth (8+), young adults and their families can better understand themselves, develop confidence, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and build the skills needed to navigate life’s next chapter.
Our Approach
Growing up isn’t simply about becoming more independent.
It is about developing a stronger relationship with yourself.
Together, we may explore emotional regulation, relationships, self-esteem, boundaries, identity, perfectionism, executive functioning, and the many experiences that shape adolescence and emerging adulthood.
Therapy is a space to ask questions, make mistakes, discover strengths, and continue becoming more fully yourself.
