Nourish

A collaborative recovery experience for healing your relationship with food, body, and self.

Healing from disordered eating is about so much more than food.

It is about rebuilding trust.

Trust in your body.
Trust in yourself.
Trust that nourishment can exist without guilt, fear, shame, or constant negotiation.

At Choose Happy, we recognize that meaningful recovery may require more than traditional weekly therapy alone.

Nourish was created to provide a more supportive, collaborative, and intentional approach for individuals seeking additional structure while remaining appropriate for outpatient care.

Note : We are accepting prospective clients for our Nourish program while this program is currently being developed.

Our Philosophy

Recovery is not built through perfection.

It is built through compassion, consistency, curiosity, and support.

At Nourish, we explore the relationship between food, emotions, body image, relationships, nervous system regulation, perfectionism, and self-worth.

Rather than focusing only on changing eating behaviours, our goal is to help individuals develop a healthier and more trusting relationship with themselves.

What would become possible if food no longer occupied so much of your mind?

Nourish was created to provide a more supportive, collaborative, and intentional approach for individuals seeking additional structure while remaining appropriate for outpatient care.
