TITLE GOES HERE
Growing up isn't a straight path. It's filled with moments of change, uncertainty, self-discovery, and learning who you are. Whether you're navigating friendships, school, family dynamics, identity, anxiety, or the pressures that come with growing up, you don't have to figure it all out alone.
I feel privileged to support children, youth, and young adults (ages 8–25) as they move through these important seasons of life. My goal is to create a space where young people feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood while building the confidence, resilience, and skills needed to navigate life's challenges. I also recognize that growth doesn't happen in isolation, which is why I enjoy working collaboratively with parents and families when it supports a young person's wellbeing.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients better understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while exploring the stories they've come to believe about themselves. I also value the use of sand tray and play therapy, which can offer alternative avenues for self-expression, communication, and exploration when words are difficult to find. Alongside this, I incorporate a somatic lens to help clients better understand the connection between their minds and bodies, recognize how emotions are experienced physically, and develop greater self-awareness. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and create space for new perspectives that support confidence, self-compassion, and lasting growth.
I also believe that culture, identity, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Rather than treating these as separate from therapy, I intentionally create space for clients to explore the ways their background, family, community, and values influence their experiences. Every person's story is unique, and I strive to ensure each client feels respected, seen, and supported for who they are.
Above all, I believe meaningful change begins with connection. Building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. My hope is that every client leaves sessions feeling a little more understood, a little more hopeful, and increasingly equipped to navigate whatever season of life they're in.
I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Western University. I am passionate about continuing to grow as a clinician and feel grateful to walk alongside children, youth, young adults, and families as they discover their strengths and move toward meaningful change.
